• Do my crew have to pay?

  No. Crew and guests use every trip they're invited to for free, always.

• Does it really work without signal?

  Yes. Everything you add is saved on the phone and sent when it finds a signal. Paying for a plan and the AI menu planner need a connection.

• Do I need to download an app?

  No. SailStar opens in the browser and can be added to the Home Screen, where it works like an app.

• What does the free first trip include?

  Everything, including the deposit, the signed PDFs and the AI menu planner. It counts as used once the trip has a second person or a first cost.

• Who can pay for a Trip Pass?

  Anyone on board. By default it goes into the kitty as a shared cost, so each person pays their part.

• What happens to my trips if I stop paying?

  Nothing is lost. A trip that had the skipper tools keeps them, and every past trip stays readable and exportable.

• Who sees my passport details?

  Only you and the skipper. They're encrypted and deleted 30 days after the trip, unless you keep them in your own account.

• Which languages does it speak?

  English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Croatian, Greek, Turkish, Ukrainian and Russian.

• Can I delete my account?

  Yes, from Profile, along with your data. You can export your data first.
